| 摘 要： | 对参加2004年全国青少年健美操锦标赛(西安赛区)各组别运动员规定成套动作的完成情况作了统计，分析了当前青少年健美操在我国的开展状况以及在训练中所存在的问题，旨在为健美操运动项目在我国更加广泛地开展与普及以及对其竞技后备人才的挖掘与培养提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | This article noted execution of compulsories of every group in National Juvenile Aerobics Championship in 2004 (Xi'an tourmament area )by the means of observing method ,analyzed developmental state of juvenile aerobics and existent problem in training at present in our country.The purpose is to provide reference for exercise more comprehensive development and popularization and to discover and train future athletes for aerobic sports. |
