| Abstract: | Some Chinese new words contain numbers, which are not only concise and comprehensive, but also rich in connotations, and can be found in many fields. In the process of translating these words, according to different situations a flexible way should be considered. In this article, the writer probes into the translation skills about translating this kind of words, and gives some strategies about it, such as combining literal translation with free translation, and giving consideration to the forms and sound as well as meanings. |
