| 摘 要： | 借助于Muhisim用运算放大器实现负电阻与谐振回路相连设计出负阻振荡器，并对设计出的并联型负阻振荡器的输出电压波形和振荡频率进行仿真，其仿真结果验证了并联型负阻振荡器的增幅振荡、减幅振荡与等幅振荡条件以及振荡频率．

| Abstract: | The negative resistance device oscillator, which is composed of negative resistance device and resonant circuit, is designed by Multisim software. The output voltage and oscillation frequency are simulated. The experimental result validates the oscillation frequency and the condition of undamped oscillation, attenuated oscillation and increasing oscillation. |
