| 摘 要： | 为了提高我国石油企业的总体实力，必须建立自己的竞争优势，提升核心竞争力。针对我国主要石油企业的现状进行了分析，提出了石油企业核心竞争力形成过程模型，并以此初步确定了核心竞争力影响因素，最后运用主成分分析法定量分析了影响我国石油企业核心竞争力的主要因素。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance overall competitiveness, Chinese petroleum enterprises must streng then their own competitive advantage and heighten their core competence. Based on analysing the current situations of main Chinese petroleum enterprises, this paper puts forward a formation process model of Chinese petroleum enterprise＇s core competence, and ascertains the preliminary factors affecting the core competence, then carries out a quantitative analysis on the main factors affecting the core competence of Chinese petroleum enterprises based on principal component analysis. |
