| 摘 要： | 构建了直接耦合方式下的差分-运放电流串联负反馈放大电路,根据多级放大器增益的计算方法,计算了基本放大器的电压增益,进而得互导增益。另外采用微变等效电路方法,求解电路方程得到了反馈放大器的互导增益,两者满足负反馈放大电路中的基本关系。同时,启用仿真软件EWB,基本放大器和反馈放大器的仿真结果与理论计算一致。

| Abstract: | Differential-operational amplifier current with series negative feedback of circuit is designed,transconductance gain is achieved by calculating the basic amplifier voltage gain according to the calculating method for multistage amplifier.Moreover,transconductance gain of feedback amplifier is also derived by solving the node equations of small-signal equivalent circuit,the results show that the basic relationship of negative feedback amplifier circuit is satisfied in the two methods.Furthermore,the result ... |
