| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆学科馆员的激励机制,实质就是图书馆管理者通过一定的方法对学科馆员进行激发和鼓励,使学科馆员在工作中充分发挥主动性和积极性,为学科建设提供优质、高效的信息服务。构建高校图书馆学科馆员激励机制的措施包括,塑造有价值的共同愿景,尊重个人需求,激发竞争意识,进行情感激励以及建立科学的薪酬体系等。
