| 摘 要： | 规则之治是学生管理法治化的重要途径。高校辅导员作为高校学生管理工作的一线管理者和实施者,他们的工作理念和管理行为是否符合学生管理法治化的要求,直接影响到学生管理法治化的实现。加强高校辅导员队伍建设应从管理理念的转变,法治观念、规则意识和法治素养的提升,学生救济制度和管理程序的规范,以及赋予高校辅导员最基层性的学生管理规范的制定权等方面进行。
