| 摘 要： | 为了实现地方高校应用型人才培养的目标,重庆三峡学院开展了结构合理、方式灵活的考核方式改革,构建了多元考试模式。学校在实践多元考试模式的过程中,采取多元化考试形式,充分发挥各种考试形式的优势,并将考试内容进行分层,让学生自主选择考核的方式和时间。实践证明,这一多元考试模式促进了教学质量的提高,培养了学生的应用能力,增强了教师的教学研究能力。
