| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高等医学教育的重要组成部分。但在以往实践教学的过程中,一些主观和客观方面的因素不同程度地影响了高等医学教育实践教学的质量。高等医学院校应建立带教奖励机制,调动带教教师工作的积极性;通过第二课堂、专家论坛及社会实践等扩展实践教学的内容和形式;开设医患沟通方面的课程,形成良好的医患沟通氛围;对实习情况良好的医学生,要建立相应的奖励制度,激发医学生参与实习的热情。
