| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校文化建设方面存在守旧和盲目高攀,热衷于校园硬件建设,缺乏进取精神,难以有所创新等问题。制度体系建设是校园文化建设的主要部分,高职院校必须建立科学的课程管理制度,构建现代质量管理体系,铸就具有高职特色的校园文化,培养高职学生的职业核心能力和迎接挑战的毅力。
