心理弹性理论对高职学生就业挫折教育的启示

摘    要:高职学生的就业挫折现象反映了当代就业挫折教育研究的病理性取向的不足。从心理弹性理论的视角审视就业挫折教育,可以提高高职学生心理弹性的内在保护因素,发展高职学生的外在保护性因素,进而提高心理弹性理论指导高职学生择业挫折教育的力度。

Abstract:The frustration of employment of higher vocational students has reflected the lack of research into the pathological orientation in the contemporary employment frustrated education,and the theory of psychological elasticity can help the higher vocational students improve the inner protection of their psychological elasticity and develop their outer protective factors,and then enhance the guidance of theory of psychological elasticity.
