| 摘 要： | 伴随着高等教育办学规模的不断扩大和高等教育管理体制改革的不断深入,作为大学内部的两种权力形式,学术权力和行政权力呈现出此消彼长的矛盾态势,冲突时有发生。以冲突理论为视角,当前高校内部学术权力和行政权力应实现耦合,高校应合理分配权力,理顺权力之间的关系,建立冲突的制度化调节方式,同时要加强科学管理,实现管理型行政向服务型行政的转变。
