| 摘 要： | 强化思想政治教育到位,增强德育教育时代性,针对性和实效性,是民办高校学生工作面临的一个重要课题。需要我们站在科学发展观的高度,坚持以人为本,促进人的全面发展,树立全新的德育理念,对当代教育的作用和使命,要有更加崭新的视角,更加辩证的思考,更加理性的审视,尤其要与转变教育思想紧密结合,树立与时俱进的教育观,德育观和人才观。学工管理工作必须从实际出发不断创新德育教育新理念,思想政治教育工作新机制,构建学生思想道德建设新平台。

| Abstract: | Private colleges are facing a subject in management their students affairs, that is to strengthen ideological and political education and to emphasize the times, direction and effectiveness of moral education. Therefore, we need to stick to the people oriented principle while renovating our concepts of moral education so as to promote students to an all rounded development; we also need to examine the role and responsibilities of education from a brand new, even dialectic and more rational viewpoint, especially to advancing concepts of education, moral education and talent. We must carry out our students management work in a practical way and generate new concepts on moral education, new mechanism for ideological and political education and new platform for constructing students' ideology. |
