| 摘 要： | 中国纠纷解决格局的设计,需要对多元化纠纷解决机制之间以及多元化纠纷解决机制与诉讼之间的资源进行整合。司法协同技术可以通过顺序技术、处分技术、关系技术和信息技术,形成各种纠纷解决机制之间的协调合力,从而全面地解决纠纷。

| Abstract: | The designing of a dispute resolution structure for China involves the integration of the multi-pronged dispute resolutions and the integration of the resources of the multi-pronged dispute resolution mechanisms and litigations.The Ju- dicial Cooperative Technology can harmonize and coordinate different dispute resolutions by using the Order Technology, Judgment Technology,Relation Technology and Information Technology so as to resolve disputes in an overall way. |
