摘    要:职业倦怠特指在助人行业中个体的体力、精力和能力因无法适应工作要求而产生的一种身心俱疲的状态。随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,高职教师职业倦怠的问题渐露端倪,这对教师自身、学生、学校和社会均会产生严重的危害。引发高职教师职业倦怠的关键因素是现行的教师绩效评价体系不合理,而疏解高职教师职业倦怠的有效路径是优化教师绩效评价体系。

Abstract:Occupational burnout refers to a state of being exhausted both physically and mentally since the individual could not adapt to work requirements in physical strength,energy and capability especially in helping professions.With the development of higher vocational education in China,the problem of occupational burnout among higher vocational college teachers gradually shows up,which will do great harm to the teacher concerned,students,colleges and society.The key factor for occupational burnout of higher vocational college teachers is that the present teacher performance evaluation system is unreasonable.Hence,an effective approach to relieve this burnout is to optimize the teacher performance evaluation system.
