地方工科院校人文社科类教师科研激励机制研究

摘    要:地方工科院校中的人文社科类教师科研绩效激励机制存在着重数量,轻能力与知识、重个人绩效激励,轻集体绩效激励、重单一物质奖励,轻多元化绩效评价,建议强化知识与能力的评价、重视人文社科类教师科研团队建设、建立多元化绩效激励机制。

Abstract:There are some negative aspects in motivating teachers of social sciences and humanities to carry out reasearch in local science and engineering colleges and universities.Importance is attached to the quantity of teachers’ research results rather than their knowledge and research ability,and to motivation on an individual rather than a collaborative basis,and to material rewards rather than a diversified evaluation.Therefore,the paper suggests that more emphasis be placed on the evaluation of teachers’ ability and knowledge,on the construction of research teams of social sciences and humanities teachers,and on the application of a diversified motivation system.
