| 摘 要： | 为了解近3年青岛市民办高校新生的心理特点,以青岛滨海学院为例,采用大学生人格问卷和时间延迟设计对16459名新生进行调查,结果显示近3年青岛市民办高校新生入学动机排在前3位的是"掌握专业知识和技能""提高修养水平""就职方便",且具有"为振兴中华""社会发展人类进步""提高修养水平"入学动机的新生心理健康水平显著高于没有以上动机的新生;新生入校"比较满意"情绪居于首位,"非常满意"居于第2位,近3年总体满意情绪比例呈上升趋势,且不同入学情绪新生的心理健康水平存在显著差异,"非常满意"情绪新生的心理健康水平显著高于其他情绪水平的新生。需要积极开展新生入学动机教育、适应教育,提高其入校满意度和心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | To understand the Qingdao private colleges freshmen＇ psychological characteristics in the past three years, we take Qingdao Binhai College as an example, through college students＂ personality questionnaire and time delay design to survey of 16459 freshmen. Result shows that in nearly three years, Qingdao private colleges freshmen motivation in the top three are ＂ master professional knowledge and skill improve the level of accomplishment＂ ＂office convenient＂ , and owing ＂for the revitalization of the Chinese＂ ＂social development of human progress improve the level of accomplishment＂ the incentive of freshmen mental health level are significantly higher than that of no above motivations; students enrolled mood ＂satisfied＂ in the first place,＂ very satisfied＂ occupies the second place, the overall satisfaction level in nearly three years mood proportion is increasing trend, and freshmen mental health level is different with entrance mood,＂ very satisfied＂ emotional freshmen mental health level is significantly higher than the other level of emotions. Colleges need to do motivation and adaptability education, to improve students＇ satisfaction and mental health. |
