| 摘 要： | 精细化管理作为管理模式与理念的一种创新,与高职院校学生事务管理工作有许多相似之处。将精细化管理模式引入学生事务管理中,要坚持以人为本的理念,对学生事务管理模式进行大胆改革与实践,从而有针对性地提高高职院校学生事务管理水平,力求创建全心全意为学生服务的氛围。

| Abstract: | Fine management as a new management mode and idea, has many similarites uith the vocational college students affairs management. The refinement of management mode into the student affairs management,need to adhere to the people-oriented concept,and the student affairs management mode reform and practice, which are targeted to improve the management level of higher vocational college students,and strive to create the atmosphere of putting one＇s heart and soul into service for students. |
