| 摘 要： | 明清时代钱铺、钱庄、银号在资本组织方面已经有了较多的合伙制经营,其资本规模也有了较大的扩张。其业务除兑换银钱、经营存款、对顾客开发钱票及汇兑款项之外,从明代开始即对城乡居民及工商业经营者发放贷款,这与工商业的运行有比较密切的关系。

| Abstract: | During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Chinese private banks and banking houses in the organization of the capital had more operational partnership,and their capital got a large-scale expansion.In addition to money exchange,operating deposits,monetary billing and exchange for collection to the customer,they began to grant loans towards urban and rural residents and business from the Ming Dynasty,which was closely related with the operation of industry and commerce. |
