| 摘 要： | 随着基础教育由全面普及提高转向以强化内涵发展和提升教学质量为重点的新阶段以及中小学教师专业标准的相继颁布,教师作为深化教学改革的主要实施者,对课程改革的助推、教育教学质量的提高、创新型人才的培养都起到了至关重要的作用。本调研基本摸清了连云港市教师队伍的底子,全面总结与分析了连云港市教师队伍建设工作的政策和经验,也找出了队伍建设中存在的问题及原因,提出进一步做好新时期教师队伍建设的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With the further reform of basic education, teachers play key roles in facilitating curriculum reform, improving teaching quality, and cultivating creative talents. This study makes a relatively complete investigation into teachers of Lianyungang City, and summarizes and analyzes policies and experience about teaching staff construction, and also finds the corresponding problems and causes in the process. Strategies and suggestions are provided in the current situation. |
