论教师自我价值的实现

摘    要:以生命为视角关注教师的价值是教师专业化发展中的一个重要论题.现实中,生命视野下的教师自我价值存在着一定程度的旁落与迷失.追寻教师生命质量的提升,实现教师的自我价值还需在以下几方面作出巨大的努力:树立科学教育观念,正确认识教师价值;预留教师主体发展空间,拓展教师发展观;反省教师生存方式,确立教师主体生长观念.

Abstract:Teachers′ valuation in the view of life is an important topic in teachers′ specialization.In reality,however,teachers′ self-valuation is ignored in some degree.In order to elevate teachers′ life quality,to realize teachers′ self-valuation,we should make great efforts: making correct cognition of teachers′ valuation,making space for teachers′ developing and forming the opinion of teachers′ self-developing.
