| 摘 要： | 中国近代出版业与新教育几乎同时起步，且从一开始便相辅相成，特别是民国时期教育界与出版界之间的合作互动对近代教育和出版的发展都产生了重要影响。王云五因其与近代中国最早成立的民营出版机构和最大的教育出版机构商务印书馆的特殊关系而人际交游颇广，其中他与胡适、朱经农、陶行知之间的交谊虽不尽相同，合作方式亦各异，但都具有突出的代表性。考察他们在教育和出版方面的交游始末，可为后人了解民国教育界与出版界的良性互动及其重要影响提供若干典型而生动的个案。
