| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济的发展,影响和引领着高职人才培养的改革和发展,以市场为导向的高职人才培养机制是市场经济的必然要求,而这种机制又将要求高职教育教学必须在诸多方面进行改革。本文针对当前高职人才培养中存在的问题,以机电类高职人才的培养为例,从合理专业设置、调整课程结构、改革教学内容、提高师资水平、加强校企联合五个方面阐述了如何以市场为导向培养高职人才。

How to Take Market as Direction to Train Higher Vocational Electromechanical Talents |

| Abstract: | The development of socialist market economy is influencing and guiding reform and development of tal- ents training in higher vocational college.Higher vocational talents training mechanism which takes market as direction is inevitable requirement of market economy,and this kind of mechanism will require educational teaching to carry on the reform in many aspects.According to the current problems existing in higher vocational talents training,taking higher vocational electromechanical talents train as an example,this article elaborates how to take market as direction to train electromechanical talents from five aspects,which are arranging specialty rationally,adjusting course struc- ture,reforming content of courses,improving the levels of teachers,and strengthening the school and enterprise to u- nite. |
