| 摘 要： | 根据我国篮球运动员在临战中所表现出的不稳定心理状态对比赛胜负的影响，指出我国篮球运动员心理训练尚存差距； 通过对运动员临场心理障碍进行分析， 有针对性地提出一些心理训练方法， 试图给教练员、运动员提供一些借鉴与帮助。
