论林业干部培训方式的变革

摘    要:林业干部培训是新时期林业跨越式发展的重要内容。各级林业培训机构应充分利用现代科学技术成果,扩大培训规模,降低培训成本,提高培训效果,满足林业发展的需要。同时,林业干部培训还应该从观念上实现从满足型为主向引导型为主转变,从适应国情型为主向符合国际通用型为主转变,从知识更新型为主向智能增强型为主转变,从大众普及型为主向个性提高型为主转变,实现培训方式的变革。

Abstract:It is the main task to train the forestry cadres for forestry development in a frog leap way in the new period. Organizations of training at all levels should do as follows: making full use of the modern science and technology achievements to modify the training methods, enlarging the training in scale, reducing the cost of training and improving the training effects to meet the forestry development. Meanwhile, the modification of the training methods to the forestry cadres also requires the conceptive transitions of training model mainly from satisfying trainees to guiding trainees, from catering to the domestic situation to the international utilization, from the knowledge renewal to the intelligence consolidation, from the popularization to enhancing individualities to bring about the change of the training way.
