| 摘 要： | 当前，我国大学生存在着心理压力过大、心理承栽脆弱、心理冲突严重等主要心理问题，高等学校要重视大学生的责任感、毅力、习惯、自我意识等非智力因素的教育，培养大学生的健康人格：以三级网络为组织基础，积极构建学校心理安全保障机制。

| Abstract: | In view of the current psychological problems existing among college students, such as over-loaded psychological pressure, fragility of psychological endurance, and severe psychological conflicts, institutions of higher learning should pay great attention to the education of the students, non-mental elements, such as the sense of responsibility perseverance, good habits and self-consciousness. Colleges and universities should also construct their psychological safety control systems based on three-level network. |
