| 摘 要： | 建构社会主义和谐社会是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容。和谐社会是一个社会结构合理、价值共识达成、制度安排科学的社会。随着改革的深化,利益分化明显,利益矛盾突出,构建和谐社会必须合理调整社会结构,协调好各种利益关系,大力推进制度创新,加强党的执政能力建设,统筹人与自然的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | It is the important content of construction of ability of administration of strengthening the party to build and construct the socialist harmonious society,harmonious society is that one social structure is reasonable,common value reached,system scientifically arranged;With the development of the reform,the interests split up obviously in the transformation period of society of our country,interests contradiction is conspicuous,so constructing socialist harmonious society must pay attention to merger to the social relationships,coordinate the relation between various kinds of interests,advance system innovation in a more cost-effective manner,strengthen the construction of ability of administration of party in power,coordinate between People and nature in a harmonious development way. |
