论客家饮食文化的地理环境背景

摘    要:文化的形成总是和环境相辅相成的,客家饮食文化的形成离不开所处的特定地理环境。本文论述了地理环境对客家饮食文化形成和特点的影响作用,探讨了在新的社会、经济环境背景下,客家饮食文化要得到传承和发展应注意保持其个性、生态性、涵摄性,走可持续发展之路。

Abstract:The development of culture and that of environment complement each other, Hakka food culture has a close connection with the geographical environment. Based on the exposition of the impact of geographical environment upon Hakka food culture, suggestions on how to maintain sustainable development of Hakka food culture against new social and economic backgrounds are discussed.
