Abstract:To enhance the effectiveness of the course of "ideological and moral cultivation", we should actively promote the reform of teaching methods, teaching means and examination forms. What is more important is that we should play the theoretic functions of the course of "ideological and moral cultivation". But how? Firstly, be clear about the starting point and the target of the theory. Secondly, increase its authoritativeness. Thirdly, make it more direct to the point.
