| 摘 要： | 党建工作能够促进学风建设,这是由党员的先进性决定的。大学生党员具有较高的思想觉悟、优异的学业成绩、广泛的群众基础。高校要把学生党建工作和学风建设有机结合起来,一要通过严格党员发展机制,牢固树立"以学为本"的学风建设地位;二要通过加强党员后续教育,始终把学业成绩作为考核党员的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Party construction of students helps to promote learning atmosphere, for party members are pioneers. Student party members have high ideological consciousness, excellent academic performance, and extensive mass foundation. Party construction of students should be combined with the construction of learning atmosphere in colleges and universities. Firstly, firmly establish the learning-oriented status of construction of learning atmosphere through strict mechanism of party development; secondly, always regard the academic performance as a key criterion for assessing party members through strengthening party members’ continuing education. |
