| 摘 要： | 通过对154名大学生的16PF及创造能力的测验，研究发现，智商、入学成绩、教师教授方法以及大学生人格等方面的差异导致了大学生创造力差异。因此，应采取相应措施培养大学生的创造力。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the result of a study of 154 college students' personality factor and creative ability. The findings indicate that different intelligence quotients, college entrance test scores, teaching methods, and personality traits are directly related to different levels of creative ability. As a result, effective measures should be taken to promote college students' creative ability. |
