摘    要:高校毕业生走上工作岗位后,普遍存在着犹如植物移栽后的”缓苗期”现象,需要化一段时间重新学习,以适应新的环境。产生此现象的主要原因是高校的专业设置及其所进行的教育教学,脱离相应产业(行业)岗位对人才综合素质和技能的要求。高校应从转变教育观念着手,按产业(行业)就业岗位群设置专业,开设课程,注重就业岗位综合素质和技能的训练,加强就业教育和创业指导。

Abstract:Just like plants have to go through a certain growth delaying period after they are transplanted,university graduates need a period of restudying to adapt themselves to the new job environment. The main reason for this is that the setting and teaching of specialities at universities fall short of demands of comprehensive quality and skills for personnel's by relevant vocational posts. Starting with the changing of educational concepts,universities should establish specialities and offer courses in the light of the vocational employment. Attention should be paid to improving comprehensive quality and skills and strengthening employment education and pioneering work guidance.
