| 摘 要： | 建设伙伴关系是当今建设领域中工程学与社会科学的交叉研究领域。本文针对现代建设活动的多参与方和强社会性特点,研究我国不同历史时期建设活动社会网络关系的构成和演变,建立建设伙伴关系的组织结构,提出建设伙伴关系的社会网络密度计算方法;同时以城乡低碳建设活动为对象,分析低碳建设伙伴关系的需求,构建低碳建设伙伴关系的模式,制定低碳建设伙伴关系的实施流程,提出低碳建设伙伴关系模式的促进机制。

| Abstract: | Construction partnering is an interdisciplinary research area of engineering and social sciences.According to the strong sociality and participation of modern construction activities,this paper studied the structure and evolution of social network of construction activities in different historic periods,set up the organization structure of construction partnering,put forward the computing method of construction partnering density.The paper also analysed the demand of low carbon construction partnering,established the low carbon construction partnering model,established the practice process of low carbon construction partnering and proposed the promoting mechanism of low carbon construction partnering. |
