| 摘 要： | 上海海事大学女研究女研究生杨元元自杀事件折射出当前高校校园管理的不足。人文管理是一种以人为本的管理模式,在校园文化建设中有着重要的作用。高校实施人文管理必须依靠全校的力量,实行从物本管理向人本管理的转变,正确处理制度管理与人文管理的关系,推行精细化管理。
