| 摘 要： | 面对图书馆日益纷繁复杂的人事管理问题，作者根据四川大学图书馆文理馆的实际情况，提出并设计了“四川大学图书馆文理馆人事管理系统”，为该馆的人事管理实现自动化提供了条件。文章主要介绍该管理系统的设计目的、功能及特点。

| Abstract: | Facing the increasing complexity of personnel management in libraries, the authors propose and design the Personnel Management System of the Liberal Arts and Sciences Library based on the condition of their library, which will provide the possibility of realizing personnel managemnt automation by implementing the system in the library. This paper introduces the motive of personnel management system designing and the functions of it. |
