| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生档案是人事档案的重要组成部分,是大学生在校期间的生活、学习及各种社会实践的真实历史记录,是大学生就业及其今后各级组织选拔、任用、考核的主要依据。在目前就业竞争激烈、毕业生就业实行双向选择的情况下,高校毕业学生档案作为高校毕业生就业、联系工作的一项重要凭证,仍然有着难以替代的作用。
