| 摘 要： | 国务院明确提出了海西建设的战略意义和目标,福建省高等教育在海西建设如何发挥核心作用,人才培养是关键。构建福建高校的人才培养和保障基地建设具有重意义。因此,要从高校的办学定位、专业结构,内涵建设等几个方面来调整人才培养模式,为海西建设提供强有力的人才保障和智力支持。
