| 摘 要： | ＂主题研修培训模式＂的构建,旨在解决学员自由支配的研修时间和研修资源问题。该模式以集中培训和分散研修相结合为特征,充分体现了＂以学员的发展为本＂的培训理念,拥有传统培训模式所不具备的优势。该模式的构建以研究教师的＂实然需求＂为前提,并以此为依据,制定科学可行的培训目标、富有针对性的讲座和研修主题以及科学的研修方式,大大增强了培训的实效性。
