| 摘 要： | 现行《刑法》中有关保护弱势群体利益的罪名,普遍存在立法滞后、保护范围偏窄的现象,对侵犯弱势群体利益的犯罪现象打击力度有限,某些性质极为恶劣的犯罪行为,由于不符合相关犯罪构成,反而得不到应有的惩罚。因此,有必要对相关罪名进行立法上的完善,以强化对弱势群体的保护力度。

| Abstract: | The current ＂Criminal Law＂ is inadequate in terms of protecting the inferior group.For instance,the law punishing violating the lawful right of the inferior groups is limited,so that some severe crime is not punished because of the lack of definition.It is proposed to perfect the laws to protect the inferior group. |
