| 摘 要： | 增强思想政治教育实效性,激发学生投身学习实践的积极性、主动性和创造性始终是高校思想政治工作的出发点和落脚点。作为教育者（思想政治工作者）和接受教育者（学生）之间的矛盾,教育者的素质能力和策略方法是矛盾的主要方面。本文针对高职学生教育的特点,从教育者的素质能力和方法措施方面进行了剖析,为增强思想政治工作实效性、提高大学生适应社会及社会服务能力提供了一个视角。

| Abstract: | To improve the efficiency of ideological and political education,stimulating students＇ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity to join in the study practice is the starting point and final goal for college ideological and political work.The educator＇s quality ability and strategy is the principal aspect of the contradiction between educators and the educated.According to higher vocational college students＇ education characteristics,this paper analyzes from the educator＇s ability quality and method measures,in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work and to provide a perspective for improving students＇ ability of adaptation to society and serving society. |
