| 摘 要： | 高师新生心理适应方面主要存在以下问题：1．人格发展不健全，难以融人新的文化环境；2．不能正确处理各种人际关系；3．学习方面障碍重重；4．重要丧失导致消极心理出现。对此，我们必须确立恰当的心理适应教育目标、内容和途径，对新生进行有效的心理适应教育以及长期系统的心理健康教育，并构建高师心理健康教育的保障机制。

| Abstract: | The problems of the psychological adaptation of the freshmen in normal college are ： 1. Imperfect person-alities development makes them hard to melt into the new cultural environment. 2. They can＇t handle with all kinds of personal relationship. 3. There are too much learning obstacles. 4. The loss of being important leads to the appearance of passive psychology. So the proper psychological suitable education target, content and methods must be set up to give the freshmen effective psychological adaptation education and long systematical psychological healthy education to construct the guarantee mechanism of psychological health education in normal college. |
