| 摘 要： | 研究生的心理健康问题,已严重影响了研究生的正常学习生活,直接影响着高校研究生的培养质量,影响着研究生的家庭健全和社会稳定。结合当前研究生心理健康状况,分析研究生出现心理健康问题的内外在原因,进而提出了全面开展研究生心理健康教育、加强研究生自我教育和自我心理调节、发挥导师和朋辈作用、营造和谐校园文化等对策。
