| 摘 要： | 黎昔非《唐以前的七言诗》一文久佚,经长期辗转查找,发现于上海市档案馆。这篇重新面世的佚文探讨了唐以前七言诗的起源和演进,是20世纪30年代七言诗研究的先期探索,在民国学术史上具有史料价值。经过对七言诗研究历史及现状的整理,可以发现佚文中的《饭牛歌》起源说促进了此后民间歌谣说的正式提出;唐前七言诗演进结论的得出得益于穷尽式检索、随文附注按语、数字统计等研究方法的首次使用。
