| 摘 要： | 饼是中国北方的传统面食,有着悠久的历史。《全唐诗》中,写面食"饼"的诗有28首,它们反映了唐代的饮食文化,也反映了唐代士风和诗风的转变。探讨其中的饮食文化,将使我们更加了解和热爱我们的民族文化;探讨其创作与士风、诗风的联系,补充了前人关于创作受时代影响的论证。
