| 摘 要： | 获知和分析国外相关信息服务机构对我国图书馆行业相关领域具有重要借鉴作用。文章对卡尔斯鲁厄专业情报中心进行综合性的描述，分析其发展历程、资金收支及人事管理现状，并对业务主营及知名产品如“STN国际联机检索”进行系统性介绍，最后结合我国科技信息服务的现状并针对该机构的一些特点提出了一些建议。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第12期本期话题“各国科技信息机构纵览”的文章之一。

| Abstract: | Acquaintance and analysis of foreign information institutes are a good way to research the libraries of China. This article generally describes structures of FIZ Karlsmbe, analyzes its history, finance and management of human resource, what to do, and introduces its well-known products, such as ＂STN international＂ . Finally, based on characteristics of FIZ Karlsruhe, some suggestions are proposed according to the status of our information service. |
