| 摘 要： | 针对以往研究的不足,提出从商业模式的角度明晰对新企业成长期的性质界定与阶段划分,从价值、过程、控制三个维度解析新企业商业模式的构成,构建了一个新企业成长的概念模型,从而深入探讨了新企业成长的内涵。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the deficiency of former researches,the paper indicates to clearly define the nature and divide phases of growing process from the perspective of business model.It analyzes the construction of new enterprise business model from three dimensions,which are value,process and control.It constructs a concept model of new enterprise growing,so as to deeply discuss the connotation of new enterprise growth. |
