| 摘 要： | 欧盟是目前世界上发展最成功的地区性政治经济一体化组织,是世界三大经济中心之一,俄罗斯是横跨欧亚两大洲的军事强国,两者作为未来多极世界可能的一极,它们之间的关系影响到欧洲乃至世界的和平与稳定,因此分析影响两者关系发展的因素十分必要,而政治、安全、经济、历史文化传统、美国等因素是影响两国关系的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The European Union is the most successful regional political-economic integral organization in the nowadays world. It is the one of three economic poles of the world . Russia is a great military power which stretches across the Europe and the Asia. The two will-be poles of tomorrow's world, The bilateral relation of EU and Russia will influence the peace and stability of the Europe as well as the world, therefore it is highly necessary to analyse the factors that affect the bilateral relations. Politics and security, economy, historical and cultural traditions, and America become the main elements that influence the bilateral relations. |
