| 摘 要： | 分析现代信息社会中引起广泛关注的几种信息权利形式及权利冲突问题，指出信息社会的良性发展必须通过信息政策与立法、社会制度保障、道德自律等来调整各信息主体间的利益平衡，以此保障各主体应有的信息权益。。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes several concerned forms of information right and the probleims of right conflicts in modern information society. The paper holds the view that the virtuous development of the information society should adjust the interest balances between the information subjects by the way of information policy,legislation, the guarantee of the social system, mortality autonomy, etc. thus ensuring information right and interest every subject should have. |
