| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济改革的不断深化，中小企业在我国国民经济中的地位越来越重要。但中小企业的融资环境与其在国民经济中的地位极不相称，资金不足、融资难仍然是制约中小企业发展的关键问题。本文从中小企业和金融机构两方面分析了中小企业融资难产生的原因，在此基础上提出了解决我国中小企业融资难问题的具体对策。
