| 摘 要： | 如何实施创新教育,培养创造性人才是当前教育改革的研究主题.本文从德育创新这个角度作为切入点探讨创造性人才的培养,提出德育创新在培养创造性人才中的作用,并以此为指导分别从转变教育观念、思想政治课教学改革、校园文化建设和教师队伍四个方面去探讨如何改进我们的德育工作.

| Abstract: | The research theme in the educational reform of present days is to implement the strategy of creative education and to cultivate persons with creative capacities. From the perspective of the creativity of morality education, the article attempts to touch on the issue of how to train persons with creative capacities, by way of stressing the role in cultivating persons with creative capacities played by the creativity of morality education. Guided by the lines, the article explores how to improve our morality education by means of the transformation of educational ideaology,the reform in the teaching of ideaology and politics, the construction of campus culture and the issues concerning teaching staff respectively. |
